What services do you offer?
C.O.P.E. Health & Wellness provides individual therapy, family therapy, and skills-based sessions focused on emotional wellness, communication, and personal growth. Sessions are available virtually across Georgia for your convenience.
How do I schedule an appointment?
You can schedule a session directly through our contact form or by emailing us. This information can be found at the bottom of this page. Once you reach out, we’ll guide you through a brief intake process to match you with the right service and schedule.
Do you offer telehealth or in-person sessions?
Currently, all sessions are offered via secure telehealth video sessions. This allows you to access quality mental health care from the comfort and privacy of your home. In-person sessions will be offered in the future.
What are your rates and payment policies?
Therapy sessions are $150 per session. Payment must be received prior to your scheduled session to confirm your appointment. C.O.P.E. Health & Wellness accepts debit, credit, and HSA/FSA cards.
Do you accept insurance?
C.O.P.E. Health & Wellness is an out-of-network provider and does not bill insurance directly. However, many insurance companies offer partial reimbursement for mental health therapy with licensed providers.
Clients can request a superbill (an itemized receipt) to submit to their insurance for possible reimbursement.
Insurance companies that often reimburse for out-of-network therapy include:
-
Blue Cross Blue Shield
-
Aetna
-
Cigna
-
UnitedHealthcare
-
Humana
Reimbursement amounts vary by plan. We recommend calling your insurance provider and asking:
-
“Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?”
-
“What percentage of the session fee is reimbursed?”
-
“How do I submit a superbill for reimbursement?”
How long are therapy sessions?
Most therapy sessions last 50–55 minutes. Longer sessions may be requested for an additional fee, depending on your needs and goals.
What can I expect during my first session?
Your first session is an opportunity to discuss your goals, challenges, and what brought you to therapy. Together, we’ll create a personalized plan that supports your mental and emotional wellness.
How often will I meet with my therapist?
Session frequency depends on your needs and goals. Most clients start with weekly or biweekly sessions and adjust as progress is made.
Is therapy confidential?
Yes, everything shared in therapy is confidential, with limited exceptions as required by law (such as safety concerns). Your privacy is our top priority.
What if I’m new to therapy or nervous to start?
That’s completely normal. Our approach is supportive, compassionate, and judgment-free. We’ll go at your pace and help you feel comfortable as you begin your journey toward healing.
